What are the fees?
As an expat, you are often looking for your first house in the Netherlands. We are happy to help you with our fixed low first time buyers rates and our knowledge with expats. Come and calculate your options for free. If you proceed with us, and ask us to arrange the mortgage, the fees are:

When you are and partner are employed
€ 2.000,-
When you are self-employed/ entrepreneur and your partner is not
€ 2.400,-
When you and your partner are self-employed/ entrepreneurs of when you or your partner have multiple companies
€ 3.500,-
